Compensation Programs



Utilizing applicable geographic salary survey data, job descriptions and incumbent salary information, a compensation analysis is undertaken to;

  • Develop wage ranges for all positions
  • Ensure appropriate FLSA classification of positions as exempt or non-exempt
  • Recommend adjustments to incumbent pay if outside market range
  • In concert with wage ranges and company payroll budgets, a merit increase grid is developed to be used as a reference for determining merit increases developed from performance review ratings
